This Privacy Policy describes how the Postiz application operated by Mikhail Ryltsev (“the owner”, “we”) handles data. Postiz is a personal publishing scheduler used only by its owner to publish content to the owner’s own accounts.
When the owner connects a YouTube account through Google OAuth, the application receives and stores:
YouTube data is used solely to upload and publish videos to the owner’s own YouTube channel and to show the connected channel inside the application. It is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics or any other purpose.
We do not sell, rent, or share YouTube or Google user data with any third parties. Data is stored on the owner’s private server and is accessed only by the owner.
The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the publishing feature described above, is not transferred to others, is not used for serving advertisements, and is not read by humans except with explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or as part of the application’s internal operations by its owner.
The application also uses YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Tokens and channel metadata are kept only while the YouTube account remains connected. You can revoke the application’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation or disconnection, stored tokens are deleted. You may also request deletion by email.

Данные YouTube используются исключительно для загрузки и публикации роликов на собственный YouTube-канал владельца и для отображения подключённого канала в приложении. Они не используются для рекламы, профилирования, аналитики или иных целей.
Мы не продаём, не сдаём в аренду и не передаём данные пользователей YouTube и Google третьим лицам. Данные хранятся на частном сервере владельца, доступ к ним есть только у владельца.
Использование и передача информации, полученной через API Google, соответствует Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use (ограниченного использования). Данные, полученные через API Google, используются только для описанной функции публикации, не передаются другим лицам, не используются для показа рекламы и не просматриваются людьми, кроме случаев явного согласия, обеспечения безопасности, требований закона или внутренней работы приложения его владельцем.
Токены и метаданные канала хранятся только пока YouTube-аккаунт подключён. Отозвать доступ приложения можно в любой момент на странице https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. После отзыва доступа или отключения аккаунта сохранённые токены удаляются. Также можно запросить удаление по электронной почте.
